Policy issues discussed included a proposal to extend the Low Income Housing Tax Credit 9% Exchange Program, Section 8 Voucher reform, Section 3 reform, legislative and regulatory proposals to improve the Federal Housing Administration’s Multi-family programs, the latest Treasury and HUD guidance and federal agency appropriations.
